FRONT DESK RECEPTION AND NIGHT AUDITOR | Training Start date: Immediately
We are looking for front office members to join The Coachman Inn front team for both front desk reception and night auditor.

Some of your daily tasks will be to:
• Talk with prospective guests about staying at the Coachman
• Book guest reservations by phone, email, and websites
• Greet and check-in guests and answer their questions about Whidbey
• Set-up, operate, and clean-up our full breakfast service
• Keep our front office clean and organized
• Coordinate with all our colleagues to serve our guests

You must
+ Be 18 years of age
+ Communicate very well by phone, text, and email
+ Be warm and welcoming to people you meet at work
+ Be able to work full time hours regularly, some weekends or to cover shifts as needed. Night Audit hours are 11pm-7am
+ Have strong current or past employment references
+ Be hardworking, eager to learn, respectful, honest and affable.

HOTEL GENERAL MAINTENANCE | Training Start date: Immediately

Need experienced handyman to help onsite on multiple North Whidbey project sites. Work includes daily maintenance for a 100+ unit hotel and a 40 unit apartment/unit apartment building. Should have experience in all or some aspects of building maintenance: Clean up, repairs, drywall, painting, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing. Role also involves general daily improvements including landscape, pool care, moving furniture, cleaning exterior of property.

Requirements:
Heavy lifting, hauling, general labor.
Assembling of cabinets, furniture, shelves, etc.
Demolition, Painting, wallpapering and removal, all flooring, kitchen construction, bathroom remodels, plumbing, electrical.
Ability to use power tools, measure, cut, and assemble framing material
Physically able to lift 50 lbs or more
Ability to read plans, respond to phone calls, texts, and follow instructions.
Comfortable with working outside during all weather conditions.
Must work well with all kinds of people, guests and tenants without with courtesy and respect.

Qualifications:
Quick learner and problem solver with a positive attitude
Must provide example of some similar job experience
Valid Drivers License
Hardworking, dependable, no drama, and must be drug free

HOUSEKEEPING | Training Start date: Immediately
We are looking for hardworking housekeepers and laundry attendants to join The Coachman Inn team.

Requirements
