MAINTENANCE WORKER
Full Time / Weekdays
(weekends as needed)

Need experienced handyman to help onsite at hotel and with a 40 unit apartment/unit apartment building nearby. Should have experience in all or some aspects of building maintenance: Clean up, repairs, drywall, painting, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, and plumbing. The role also involves general daily improvements including landscape, pool care, moving furniture, and cleaning the exterior of the property.

Duties:
Heavy lifting, hauling, and general labor.
Assembling of cabinets, furniture, shelves, etc.
Demolition, Painting, wallpapering and removal, all flooring, kitchen construction, bathroom repairs, plumbing, electrical.
Ability to use power tools, measure, cut, and assemble framing material
Physically able to lift 50 lbs or more
Follow directions from General Manager, respond to phone calls, texts, and follow instructions.
Comfortable with working outside during all weather conditions.
Must work well with ALL PEOPLE, guests, and tenants without with courtesy and respect.

Qualifications:
Quick learner and problem solver with a positive attitude
Must provide an example of some similar job experience
Valid Drivers License, reliable transportation to work.
Hardworking, dependable, no drama, and must be drug free

NIGHT DESK [ AUDIT ]

Friday / Saturday / Sunday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

General Front Desk Reception Tasks: (on-the-job training is available )

Duties:
Greet hotel guests, process check-ins and checkouts.
Answer guest calls and make reservations.
Report issues to our General Manager and hotel maintenance for support.
Clean/tidy lobby, kitchen, restrooms, and re-set pool/hot tub area.
Guest Hospitality: Answering calls, and communicating with housekeeping.
Check email and online channels.
Follow nightly task list
Restock all supplies on the desk and kitchen for breakfast, keep organized.
Set up breakfast prep and/or coffee service in the lobby to be ready for morning staff and guests.
Submit shift report.

Polite, dependable, honest and hardworking, hospitable demeanor
Professional phone etiquette
Level headed and calm
Organized, clean and takes pride in work
No drama, drug free
Provide references
